No membership is required for any of our services. All services are available for cash pay, and membership is only optional to help patients save money.
-
We do not take or bill insurance for anything we do at 3:6 Wellness Clinic. Sometimes, you can submit a receipt for your membership fees or lab/medication costs. Some insurance companies will apply these payments toward a deductible. However, we may ask for a copy of your insurance card should you need a referral to an outside service we cannot provide.
-
We believe that decisions about your healthcare should be made by you in collaboration with your provider without the influence of commercial or government insurance companies. Insurance policies often do not reimburse for the amount of time we spend with patients. Insurance also does not usually reimburse many of the therapies we offer our patients.

The law currently allows HSA money to pay for medications, imaging tests, labs, etc. It is legally unclear if HSA funds can be used to pay for DPC membership fees. There is legislation currently in the federal government to allow DPC to be paid for with HSA funds. 3:6 Wellness Clinic will strive to lobby for this legislation (and future legislation) to help our industry and you, the patient.
-
If you need a service that we cannot provide and you are an established patient at 3:6 Wellness Clinic, we will assist in scheduling and coordinating whatever that service may be. We also have relationships with various outside services, where our members may be able to get those services, such as imaging, at a minimized cost.
-
We use LapCorp for all our labs and strive to give our patients the best prices for labs and imaging.
We use facilities within Fort Bend County and surrounding counties that provide the best cash prices and accept insurance.
-
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Later, inform your 3:6 Wellness Clinic provider of your emergency, and they will help oversee and monitor your care.
-
No, we do not take any insurance, Medicare included. However, 3:6 Wellness Clinic can see you as a patient if you have Medicare, but it would be cash pay. With that said, you may not submit your membership fees for reimbursement to Medicare, as this is unlawful (even though you save yourself and the government more money). If you are interested, please get in touch with us for more details.

Integrative Healthcare is personalized, therefore there is no “one-size-fits-all” series of labs we draw for every patient. We use LabCorp for standard lab work. For patients who have insurance that covers lab work, LabCorp can bill the insurance company. For self pay patients or those with high deductibles, we have negotiated affordable self-pay prices (lab price list available upon request). We also offer specialized lab testing for patients including Spectracell Micronutrient Test, Food Sensitivity testing, advanced hormone testing, intestinal microbiome testing, and more.

Yes. Pharmaceutical drugs have their place in an integrative approach to health. A difference between standard medicine and an integrative approach is that prescription drugs are not our only tool, nor will they necessarily be the first option we use.

Our philosophy is founded on the goal of supporting the body's innate ability to heal. When seeking the root cause of an issue at the cellular or biochemical level, it is important to understand what the body needs in terms of vitamins, micronutrients, amino acids, etc. Since supplements are not regulated, it is important to choose reliable brands. We recommend quality, pharmaceutical-grade products available to purchase in the clinic or online via Fullscript. We have Transformation Supplements, OrthoMolecular Products and CellCore Biosciences in our clinic.
